If you’ve ever been to a concert at Van Andel Arena or a performance or conference at DeVos Place, you probably noticed how smoothly things ran.

From the friendly staff who are always happy to help you find your seat, to the great food and drink choices. I know if I'm going to a show in either of these spaces, it's going to be a fantastic time with no issues.

Now, that same trusted team is taking the reins at two of Grand Rapids’ biggest upcoming venues: the Acrisure Amphitheater and the Amway Stadium.

This week, the Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority (CAA) announced it’s officially expanding its partnership with Legends/ASM Global, the company that already manages Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall, and DeVos Place.

Starting in 2026, Legends/ASM Global will also run day-to-day operations and concessions for the two new venues, meaning you can expect the same high-quality service and attention to detail across all four spots.

Set to open in May 2026, the Acrisure Amphitheater will be a 12,000+ seat riverfront destination for concerts, local performances, and major touring acts. It’s part of a larger vision to turn downtown’s Grand River corridor into a buzzing entertainment and greenspace hub.

Then, in spring 2027 the Amway Stadium will open its doors as the new home for Grand Rapids’ very own MLS NEXT Pro soccer team. The 8,500-seat venue will also host college, youth, and amateur sporting events.
