GRD Listeners Sound Off on New We Are Harlot Song ‘Someday’ [Video, Poll]

We are Harlot are rocking the Stache this Thursday! To get you ready for the show, GRD debuted We Are Harlot's new song "Someday" on the Liquid Lunch!

Someday comes from We Are Harlot's self-titled debut album, released on March 30.

Frontman Danny Warsnop left his other band Asking Alexandria this past winter to focus on working with We Are Harlot.

In talking about the We Are Harlot's debut album, Warsnop told Loudwire,

The first album always has a completely different feel because it’s special. It’s almost a birth. We’ve been doing this for a few years now, waiting for it to come out, playing shows and stuff. So a first album, it becomes real. The first time it properly exists in the world. It’s the first time that all the hard work put in is exhibited to the world."

He also talked about the kind of music he's making with We Are Harlot:

It’s a chance to make the kind of music I’ve grown up with, and the kind of music that’s always been my passion in my heart that I’ve never particularly had a chance to get it out. I grew up on a lot of Aerosmith, Rolling Stones, things like that, along with a lot of blues things like Wilson Pickett. Things like that, so it’s a chance for me to explore new things, and to do things that I’ve never been able to do before and to really create what’s been inside of me my life that I’ve never been able to get out."
