Grand Rapids Game Show Experience Opens Up Downtown Next Month
Maybe, like me, you shout the answers at Jeopardy! from your couch. Or maybe you've dreamed of spinning the big wheel on Wheel of Fortune, or secretly thought you could survive Fear Factor—well, your moment is finally coming! And there's no audition required. You don't even have to leave Grand Rapids!

Grand Rapids Game Show Experience Comes to Downtown
Grand Rapids Game Show is opening up downtown at 112 Monroe Center St. NW soon. According to Crain’s Grand Rapids, the venue is the brainchild of Corey Ford, a former escape room owner who launched the first location in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 2023.

Classic TV Games You Can Play in Person
You'll be able to experience the excitement of classic TV game shows in a 60–75 minute interactive experience. Players compete in a mix of games inspired by Jeopardy!, Family Feud, The Price Is Right, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Fear Factor, and more. Not every game will be played each time, as they want the experience to be different each time you come. Challenges include trivia, puzzles, and light physical tasks—all designed to test your wits, creativity, and sometimes your courage.
For example Ford tells Crain's Grand Rapids that yes, contestants are able to actually eat bugs during the Fear Factor portion (thought it's not mandatory). A charismatic host leads the activities. In the end, an overall winner is crowned based on points earned throughout the games.

Booking Options
Grand Rapids Game Show can host up to 50 people per session, and each experience is a public booking until all slots are filled. It's $30 per person and you can come as a group or join other players. For parties or corporate events, you can book all the spots or schedule a private experience.
Enjoy the Full Bar
While you won’t walk out with cash—Michigan gambling laws prevent it—you will leave with bragging rights, fun memories, and maybe a few new friends. The venue features a full bar, and while it doesn’t serve food, guests are welcome to bring their own snacks, Crain's Grand Rapids reports.
