New Vegan Restaurant Opens Downtown Grand Rapids
More exciting changes are happening at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market! A new plant-based restaurant has joined the market.
Recently we told you that one of the original market hall eateries, Appertivo, was shutting down, and Squibb Coffee and Wine would be expanding into the space with a new concept. Prior to that, the Grand Rapids Downtown Market said goodbye to Pinktail Poke and welcomed Rudy's Sub Shop.

Now a new vegan restaurant has opened up in the market hall. Go Vegan Grand Rapids serves plant-based sandwiches, sides, and drinks. The owners say their goal is to serve mouthwatering dishes that cater to both non-vegans and vegans, without compromising on flavor or satisfaction.

I'm a Gemini, so naturally the sandwich under the Twins sign is Twin Burgers: Two Impossible patties, lettuce, onions, pickles, jalapeños, pepper jack vegan cheese, and their signature Zodi sauce.
Other options include crispy fishless patties, falafel, meatless meatballs, sautéed jackfruit, and crabless patties.
