Fulfilling the childhood dreams of kids everywhere, 5-year-old leukemia patient JP Gibson was signed to a one-day contract by his favorite sports team, the Utah Jazz.

The NBA team had a scrimmage in which Gibson subbed into the game and managed an incredible dunk, with a little help from his teammate.

It's a heartwarming story.
