Nineteen-year-old Max Wade is facing a life sentence with the possibility of parole after stealing celebrity chef Guy Fieri's 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo from a northern California car dealership.
The kid obviously did his research for the March 2011 theft: He repelled into the dealership; Googled how to pick a lock and how to turn off the alarm system; and managed to switch Fieri's vanity plates.

You may think that it's a pretty crazy sentence for stealing a car, but that is just part of the story.

Wade also tried to kill a guy who was seeing a girl he was interested in and planned to rob a San Francisco jewelry store.

This intense story is something that should be on "Law & Order."
