All parents who have kids have probably experienced this at some point.

You're driving along with your kids in the back seat. They wont' stop arguing, no matter how much you tell them to stop.

But what most parents don't do is what this Port St. Lucie, Fla., mother did.

While two of her children in the back seat argued, her 12-year-old daughter sat unbuckled in the front seat.

In an attempt to get the arguing kids to shut up, the mother slammed on the brakes, which caused the 12-year-old to fly forward, cracking the windshield with her head, WPBF-TV reported.

The mother was arrested on a felony charge of child abuse and the children are now in the custody of their father.

Should she have been arrested for child abuse?
