Michigan Gets Cold in the Winter
Michigan winters are cold, whether we have snow or not. I don't like freezing temperatures, but there is a lot I enjoy doing in the winter, and ice fishing is one of them. I also fish in the river, go tubing, and snowmobile (provided we have snow).

I don't know if you will get used to the cold, but there are many ways to embrace it
I like that, "You've got to lean in," and the advice on warmer clothes.
This poster has some sound advice, especially if you have no desire to play in the snow.
Fresh air is good air, even if it's cold air.
I would learn downhill skiing before you attempt cross-country skiing; it will help build those ski legs.
That poster may not have to mow, but that gets replaced with shoveling snow. I recommend a snowblower or a plow. It can be fun.
