45-year-old Malcolm MacDonald lost his penis to a blood infection that even turned his fingers and toes black. Doctors were able to graft a new penis onto his arm to be transplanted at some point, but because of health complications he's had to live with it on his arm for four years.

The Sun reports that MacDonald has become quite attached (no pun intended) to the member on his arm, and has even named it "Jimmy".
