Detroit Metropolitan Airport Ranked #1 In Customer Satisfaction

Finally, something from the east side of the state has been ranked the best in the country. J.D. Power has released their airport rankings for 2019 and the Detroit Metropolitan Airport has been ranked #1 in customer satisfaction.

Detroit's airport (DTW) won the award in customer satisfaction for "mega airports" in the United States, beating out Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (2nd), Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (3rd-Tied) and Orlando International Airport (3rd-Tied).

This is quite the honor for DTW and if you have ever flown out of here before, you know that it is a fantastic travel experience.

J.D. Power ranked the mega, large, and medium-sized airports, but unfortunately, the Gerald R. Ford Airport is considered small, so it wasn't listed in the rankings.
