Back in 2015, Megadeth leader Dave Mustaine put his Fallbrook, California home on the market as his family decided to spend a majority of their time in Nashville. Now, according to Redfin, the estate has sold for $2 million after finding a buyer.

The home has a unique look, custom built with old world European style architecture. The main house has four bedrooms, a den and five baths, while there's also a guest house on the property that has one bed, one bath and a kitchen as well as a gym. There's also a pool house that comes with an additional bed and bath.

The 10-acre property features oak trees, a lush landscape with a well, a lake and a seasonal stream, as well as a four-stall barn and pasture area for animals. With Mustaine's love of wine, it's notable that there's a vineyard with approximately 1100 vines of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cab Franc.

The main home has six fireplaces, hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, built in subzero refrigerators and freezers, a master bathroom with a free standing stainless steel tub, travertine flooring, shower and custom vanities.

The Mustaine family moved to Nashville in 2014, putting the house up for sale the following year, though the estate has been used by Mustaine on occasion. In 2017, the Megadeth Boot Camp for the band's fans was held at the estate.
