Cousin's Maine Lobster Food Truck Coming to Grand Rapids

The latest mobile eatery to come to Grand Rapids is Cousins Maine Lobster! The company was founded in Portland Maine in 2012 by cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis. If it sounds familiar - you might have seen them on Shark Tank!

They appeared on the TV show and ended up partnering with real estate mogul and shark, Barbara Corcoran. Since then, Cousins has expanded with more than 45 food trucks across the country - with one opening up in Grand Rapids soon!

They're also in food halls and have four brick and mortar restaurants.

More TV shows that have featured Cousin's Maine Lobster are The Chew, Good Morning America, CNBC, and the Cooking Network! Lomac and Tselikis even host their own show on Food Network called Food Truck Rehab.

Cousins serves wild-caught, high-quality lobster from the Gulf of Maine.

On the menu, you'll find the Maine Roll, served chilled with mayo on a New England Roll. There's also Lobster Tacos, Lobster Quesadillas, Grilled Cheese, Crab Roll, Lobster Tails and Tots, Lobster Bisque, New England Clam Chowder, Cape Cod Chips, Whoopi Pie, and more

So when can we experience all of this lobster goodness in Grand Rapids? Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck is holding its grand opening Saturday April 26, 12p.m. to 7p.m. at Speciation Cellars.

They say plan on a ribbon cutting and "lobster, laughs, and a celebration you won’t want to miss."
