Charles Manson Getting Married?
Charles Manson, who is serving a life sentence in California after being convicted of ordering the 1969 murders of actress Sharon Tate and several others, might be getting married, according to Rolling Stone.
The 79-year-old Manson is said to be marrying a 25-year-old woman named Star, who began visiting Manson in prison when she was 19 after being drawn to his pro-environmental views. Manson has an organization called ATWA, which stands for Air, Trees, Water and Animals and is devoted to protecting and preserving life on Earth.
Manson has married twice before, but this would be his first prison wedding. The couple most likely won't be able to enjoy conjugal visits since "California lifers no longer get them."

Star claims that Manson seems to have "cold feet" about getting married. It's amazing to me that a 79-year-old man who has spent the majority of his life behind bars including some time on death row could have cold feet about anything. In the end, this story provides hope for anyone who thinks they'll always be alone. If a convicted murderer pushing 80 with a swastika tatted on the middle of his forehead who has absolutely no chance of ever being released from prison can find an attractive young wife, then nobody on the outside has an excuse for not being able to find someone.
