When yesterday's game between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs started, Peyton Manning was only three yards shy of Brett Favre's record of 71,838 passing yards.

In the first quarter, Peyton went over that mark with a four-yard pass, and Brett responded with an amusing video to send his congratulations, while sitting in his tree stand hunting!

Unfortunately, that was the only bright spot for Peyton and the Broncos yesterday. Manning went 5-of-20 for 35 yards with no touchdowns and four interceptions.  He actually got benched in the third quarter and the Broncos went on to lose 29-13. (Today it was reported that he's battling plantar fasciitis.)
