Well, Grand Rapids definitely has a ton of great splash pads for that - and one has been ranked among the top ten in the U.S.

USA Today and 10 Best aimed the best splash pads in the U.S. Their editors and a panel of experts compiled a list of 20 around the country - and then it was put up to a public vote.

Millennium Park in Grand Rapids/ Walker/ Grandville has been ranked the No. 7 best splash pad in the country!

If you've not been, Millennium Park includes 1,400 acres of rolling terrain and six miles of frontage on the Grand River. The park is rich in natural resources, featuring unique habitats and large natural areas for wildlife to thrive.

Facilities within the park include a six-acre beach and splash pad, boat rental facilities, nearly 18 miles of trails, and other diverse opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
