
Cheers! New Bell’s Brewery Taproom Now Open At Grand Rapids Airport
Those flying in or out of Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids can enjoy Bell's beer and yummy bites in a new taproom!
If you're thinking, wait, isn't there already a Bell's bar at GRR? Well, there was. A Bell's location opened at the airport in 2013.

According to Crain's Grand Rapids, Bell's Brewhouse, which was located in the airport's pre-security Grand Hall food court, closed in 2016.
Well, it's time for a redo then, right?
Gerald R. Ford International Airport has partnered with partnering with HMSHost on a Bell’s Brewery location in Concourse B.
HMSHost operates more than 1,000 dining venues across North America, including partnerships with local businesses at travel venues to help introduce regional culinary expertise to a global audience.
It will be nice to give travelers a taste of West Michigan's Beer scene!

The new location, Bell’s Tap and Table, is now open. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Friday, January 24.
You'll find Bell's brews like Oberon and Two Hearted IPA, along with seasonal offerings, plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner options!
Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority President and CEO Tory Richardson said in a release,
Since opening in 1985, Bell’s Brewery has been a beloved staple in our community. With an average of 10,000 passengers coming through our terminal daily—some of whom are first-time visitors to West Michigan—we are excited to showcase the vibrant local flavors of our region and hope all our travelers can enjoy the diverse options available to them.
We can add Bell's Tap and Table to the growing list of features at the No. 2 small airport in the U.S.

Other dining options you'll find at GRR include Aletitude, Freddy's, and Prospect Hill (featuring Founders Brewing Co. beer). Uccello's and Firehouse subs opened recently as well.
The airport expanded last year with fourteen new gates, new restaurants and a beer garden.
According to Wood TV 8 GRR is working on a major $600 million expansion that includes a consolidated car rental facility, new parking garage, terminal enhancement, and more.
The airport also recently added an indoor animal relief area and a sensory room .
