An A.I. Program Wants To Convince You That Robots Won’t Take Over & It’s Not Exactly Convincing

For some reason hearing a robot say, "I am here to convince you not to worry" isn't super reassuring.

Turns out, AIs have opinions, and one wrote an op-ed in The Guardian about, well, how they don't want to take over?

Science Times reports that the AI was given the task of writing a 500-word op-ed piece and keep the language "simple and easy to read." It was also tasked with convincing people to not fear robots.
