Always Wanted to Own a Bar? Historic Montcalm County Pub is Up for Auction

Lots of us have uttered that statement before; It's even immortalized in an episode of "How I Met Your Mother".
Well, this could be your shot. A bar north of Grand Rapids off U.S. 131 is up for grabs online.
The Daily News reports that Latitudes & Steelheads Pub & Restaurant in downtown Howard City is being auctioned off at lastbidrealestate.com.
The restaurant and pub opened downtown Howard City at 101 E. Edgerton St.in 2003; The historic two-story building was home to the Howard City Hotel more than 100 years ago.
According to The Daily News, Owner Max "Frank" Zamarripa posted to Facebook that Latitudes' last day would be August 8.
A description on the auction website calls the 4,574 sq. ft. sports pub,
A featured destination along the White Pine Trail and an easy 5-minute click from US-131, this restaurant-landmark combination accents a post-card downtown. "
Latitudes is open for viewing by potential buyers 9:30a.m. - 10:30a.m. Aug. 2 and 4.
Minimum bids start at $75,000 and the auction closes at 2p.m. Aug. 8.
