A Woman Was Trapped In Her Car Because A Bear Made Its Way Into Her Garage

Need an excuse if you're running late to work?  Maybe you can use the one that this Colorado Springs woman came up with last week, when she was trapped in her car because there was a bear in her garage!

While in her car, the backup alarm started going off, which alerts you if there is something behind your vehicle.  She quickly noticed that it wasn't just a squirrel or something that fell off the shelf in her garage.  Nope.  It was a big 'ol bear!  She repeatedly honked her horn to try and scare the bear off, and he eventually went on his way, but not before giving the world a new universal excuse for being late: "I can’t go because there is a bear behind me."

Can't really argue with that, right?
