Polar Vortex Doesn’t Stop WGRD Pond Hockey Classic on Reeds Lake [Video]

Friday night was the first round of games for the WGRD Pond Hockey Classic, thanks to Labatt, Dematic and 97.9 WGRD, and everything was fantastic!

It was freezing b***s, though.

Free Beer and Hot Wings kicked off the Opening Ceremonies, dropped the first puck and had some fun getting the games going on Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids.  Producer Steve froze his beard, and gave up his warm clothing to Margaret, so she wouldn't freeze. Nice guy.
