Woman Donates Kidney to Stranger, Gets More Than Thanks [Video]

A year ago, Danny Robinson was a dialysis patient on a waiting list for a kidney transplant.

After hearing about Robinson's situation on, of all things, a Louisville, Ky., radio show, Ashley McIntyre stepped up and donated her kidney to Robinson, a complete stranger at the time.

The surgery was a complete success, they remained in close contact and, crazily enough, began dating after a Memorial Day barbecue last year, The Courier-Journal reported.

You see where this is going, right?

Robinson and McIntyre got engaged on Christmas day. Pretty incredible!
