The Foo Fighters have confirmed their first stadium tour since the massive 2023-2024 'Everything or Nothing at All Tour' that sold out football and baseball stadiums around the world. The Foo Fighters are not just touring; they also have new music.

New Music From The Foo Fighters

The Foo Fighters released their last studio album, 'But Here We Are,' in 2023. It was the first album since the unexpected passing of long-time drummer Taylor Hawkins. Dave Grohl played drums on the album and hired Josh Freese (NIN, A Perfect Circle) to hold down the drums for the tour. Freese was one of the drummers who performed with the Foo Fighters during the Taylor Hawkins tribute.

Earlier in 2025, the Foo Fighters announced that they had parted ways with Freese. Shortly after, the band announced the hiring of former Nine Inch Nails drummer Ilan Rubin, which enabled Freese to rejoin NIN.

The Foo Fighters surprised everyone with a new song called 'Today's Song.' At the time, no album had been announced, but soon after, the band embarked on a club tour that expanded into a series of shows around the world.. The band released a live EP, 'Are Playing Where??? Vol. 1,' which featured six songs and a new drummer, Ilan Rubin.

Minutes after the Foo Fighters announced their new tour, they dropped a brand new song, 'Asking For A Friend.' From the sound of both the new Foo tracks, the band is running on all cylinders, and we have an exciting album to look forward to.
