Will 'Jurassic World' Be as Good as 'Jurassic Park?'

I am a pretty big 'Jurassic Park' fan, and I have a lot of fond memories of the first movie when it hit theaters. My parents were awesome enough to drag me to the movies 4-5 times for it!

Lot's of people are pretty excited to 'Jurassic World,' but I will be honest...I'm not.

Don't get me wrong, the movie looks like it is a lot of fun, but have we already forgotten?

Jurassic Park 3

Have we put our blinders on my friends? Both of those movies were terrible! Especially 3....HOW DOES GRANT TALK TO RAPTORS?!?!

You know what? Maybe I spoke a little quick.

I'm actually excited for this movie, but not WOWED like so many other people are. It stars Chris Pratt which everyone has a hard-on for right now thanks to 'Guardians of the Galaxy' and he can control Raptors apparently.

Let's just say, I was burned pretty bad by the 2nd and 3rd. Even though it was stated that this movie has nothing to do with those 2 movies, I still feel as though it's a 'Jurassic' movie that tries to recapture the awesome feeling of the first movie.

I have also heard the director of this movie has a deep love for the film series, which is always good to hear! Meaning that he may give us what I have always wanted...

A visit to the ORIGINAL park!

I want to see the destroyed remains of the park, Ford Explorers toppled over, Dennis Nendry's workstation destroyed, the Dino Lab, etc.

I kind of live for nostalgia. If you read any of my blogs, it's about old video games and movies, it's what I like to talk about.

I'm sure the movie will be a lot of fun and I do encourage you to see it. I plan too, and so should you!
