Where's Michigan on the List for Top 10 Best & Worst Cities in America?

Top 10 Best Cities for Quality of Life:

1. Redmond, Washington
2. Newton, Massachusetts
3. Woodbury, Minnesota
4. Bellevue, Washington
5. Pleasanton, California
6. Carmel, Indiana
7. Plymouth, Minnesota
8. San Ramon, California
9. Irvine, California
10. Castle Rock, Colorado

Unfortunately, Michigan didn't make the top 10 but Ann Arbor came in at 31, Rochester Hills at 43, Troy at 56, Farmington Hills at 108, and Grand Rapids was the only West Michigan city to make the list at 222.

Of the top 10 cities with the worst quality of life, Michigan has two and Texas has 7.
