Currently, Three Days Grace and Shinedown are tied at 17 number 1 singles on rock radio. A title that was held by Van Halen at 13 for many years before the two bands began going back and forth with number ones.

Three Days Grace's New Album Explosions

Three Days Grace released their 7th studio album back in May called Explosions. This is another great release from the band. They have already had two number one songs with "So Called Life" and "Lifetime" on rock radio.

Explosions is a fantastic album from front to back. Other songs to check out, "A Scar is Born", "Neurotic", "Champion", "Redemption", "Souvenirs", "Chain of Abuse", and more.

You know, I wish all interviews were this easy. Brad Walst of Three Days Grace was a blast to talk to. We covered what he did during the pandemic, how the band reacted to being shut down, a new way of making an album, the new album Explosions, where the new track "So Called Life" came from, we discussed the "Lifetime" and their connection to Mayfield Kentucky where the EF4 tornado destroyed the town, something really cool popped up about Brad, current singer Matt Walst and former singer Adam Gontier all getting together at their old high school, we discussed the drive-in show with Metallica, the first show back in front of an audience and of course their upcoming performance at the Upheaval Festival and there is more. I hope you enjoy the conversation below as much as I did.
