Teen From Ionia County to Pay Off Mom’s House After Winning Lottery
This kid is racking up the "good son" points!
19-year-old Gabe Smith of Ionia County plans to pay off his mother's house after winning the lottery, Fox 17 reports.
According to the lottery, Smith's mom bought him the Michigan Lottery’s Bonus Ball Bingo instant ticket at the Muir Mini Mart.
It ended up being a $100,000 winner!
Smith told the lottery he plans to pay off his mom's house, buy a new computer, and save the rest.
Sounds pretty darn responsible to us. Way more responsible than what this guy said he'd do if he won the Powerball jackpot. (Turned out, he was totally kidding, but still one of the best responses to the "What will you do if you win?" question.)
