Well, this is something that you just don't expect to see while in a college class. A chemistry professor at Idaho State University was in the middle of teaching a class when a pistol he was carrying in his pocket discharged unexpectedly, KIFI-TV reported. The bullet found a resting spot in his foot. So, he literally shot himself in the foot.

The mother of one of the 26 victims of 2012's Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre has written a powerful letter to the teachers of America. Nebla Marquez-Greene had two children attending Sandy Hook Elementary that day. Her daughter, 6-year-old Ana Grace, was killed in the Connecticut massacre, and her son was uninjured in the attack. Her letter, which was posted on the Education Week website

When someone sneezes, it's pretty much common courtesy to say "bless you," Right? WRONG!

Students at Muscle Shoals High School in Alabama who are out of compliance with the student handbook's dress code will not be allowed to attend classes and will receive an unexcused absence. That seems pretty legit right? Well, in this instance, it seems like they may be going a little overboard with that rule.
