The City Of Grand Rapids will be removing four popular event spaces from the city's 'Social District' program.

This addition is part of the social districts that were set up due to the pandemic.

You can add Spring Lake to the list of West Michigan communities that have added 'Social Zones' in their towns. These zones have cropped up as a part of the 'new normal' following the recent pandemic.

Soon you'll be able to enjoy adult beverages outside in the new social district coming to West Fulton Street.

Social zones help restaurants who've had to limit their capacity during the pandemic expand their serving areas outside - and they're going to be around for a while.
