  It’s been snowing for the past few hours here in West Michigan.  Chances are, even if you didn’t know that, you would have eventually figured it out by just looking out a window or watching the news.  A big pet peeve of mine is how every time it snows, a bunch of my amateur meteorologist friends on Facebook decide to chime in and let the world know that it’s snowing in their neck of the woods.

Yesterday on the show, we checked out a promo for the new show on National Geographic called Doomsday Preppers.  It’s basically a show about people who are preparing for the apocalypse by stocking up on canned goods, guns and insanity.  Here’s the promo.
