A 46-year-old Mason County woman has been arrested after allowing an unlicensed driver to operate her vehicle while she allegedly consumed alcohol in the back seat. MLive reports that a 14-year-old was driving the vehicle when it rolled on an ice-covered road east of Ludington Saturday night.
