About 2 a.m. Thursday, a woman in her 20s was driving in San Diego when her car broke down in the middle of a busy Interstate 15. She'd been drinking. So, she got out of her car and started stumbling down the highway looking for someone with jumper cables. A KGTV-TV ABC 10 News reporter happened to see her and started shooting video.

For someone who has been partying all night during spring break, 11 a.m. seems so early. However, one hotel in Panama City Beach, Fla., thought that was the perfect time for party animals to wake up. The way the hotel decided to awaken everyone was to blast the "The Circle of Life," the theme song from the Disney movie The Lion King.
