Now, there’s yet another reason to get excited—especially if those taco cravings hit late at night. This new restaurant is open until 3a.m. on weekends!

From Food Truck to Full Restaurant

Tacos El Chisme, a popular local food truck known for its authentic Mexican flavors, has just opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Wyoming! You’ll find the new restaurant at 4617 Division Ave. South.

The grand opening was held June 20, and by all accounts, it was a big success — so much so that they sold out and had to close early!

What’s on the Menu at Tacos El Chisme in Wyoming

If you’ve been a fan of their food truck, you’ll recognize many of the favorites on the restaurant menu. They serve a variety of tacos, including steak, pork, birria, and even lengua (beef tongue). You’ll also find tortas, quesadillas, burritos, and loaded options like asada fries or a rice chicken bowl. If you're looking for a combination plate, try the quesabirria with consommé.

The owners pride themselves on making everything fresh and flavorful — and now they’re expanding the menu even more. Starting this week, they’re offering Mexican-style breakfast plates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Tacos El Chisme Hours

Tacos El Chisme is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 a.m.
