Stella's Lounge is a staple to the Grand Rapids Downtown and is well known for its award-winning burgers, vegan and vegetarian specialties, more than 250 Whiskeys, and collection of arcade games.

The bar, which opened in 2010, is located in the heart of Grand Rapids, at 53 Commerce Ave. SW, within walking distance to Van Andel Arena, Celebration Cinema Studio Park Development, and many other bars and restaurants.

So is Stella's up for sale?

Well, the building is, but according to the listing, Stella's has a 10-year net lease at the location at with 4 years remaining:

The lease is at fair market value and has 3% annual rent increases.
