With apologies to Shim Moore and Andrea Ferro, it's pretty clear where the focus will be on the upcoming Revolver Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock Tour.

The Sick Puppies and Lacuna Coil vocalists' respective bandmates -- bassist Emma Anzai and co-singer Cristina Scabbia -- have inspired the trek's moniker.

They'll also be joined by Eyes Set to Kill and Cilver, who will round out the four-band bill.

The trek launches Feb. 20 in Wilmington, N.C. and runs through a March 20 finale in Anaheim, Calif. The closest tour stop to Grand Rapids and West Michigan is March 2 at Club Fever in South Bend, Ind.

Sick Puppies are off to a solid start with its "Connect" album, released last summer. The disc has already spawned the hit singles "There's No Going Back" and "Gunfight," with a few more tunes expected to grace radio in the year ahead.

As for Lacuna Coil, the group just announced an April 1 street date for its "Broken Crown Halo" album. The band's seventh release was produced by Jay Baumgardner and the upcoming trek will be its first major outing in the U.S.

Eyes Set to Kill is rocking strong off of its 2013 release, "Masks."

Sick Puppies' Emma Anzai says, "I am so excited to be involved in the Revolver Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock tour and cannot wait to see the other female-powered bands. I'm inspired and I can't wait to see you all out there!"

Cristina Scabbia adds: "We are so thrilled to be on-board the Revolver Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock tour -- again! It was a blast when we did it a few years ago, and it’s going to be even better this time! We are absolutely ready to tear every stage apart with our new (and old) songs, and have a fantastic time with you all. The party is almost ready to begin … and you’re all invited!"
