There is a reason Grand Rapids is known as "Beer City USA." Grand Rapids has some of the finest craft breweries in the country with over 80 to choose from.

With venues like Van Andel Arena, GLC Live at 20 Monroe, DeVos Performance Hall, The Intersection (w/4 Venues inside), The Pyramid Scheme, and soon an outdoor amphitheater, and soccer stadium. Being not far from Lake Michigan, there are many reasons to visit Grand Rapids.

One of the most affordable things to do in Grand Rapids is go to a Griffins, Rise, Whitecaps, Gold, and soon a soccer team will be added to the list.

When I have friends or family visit and they ask what is there to do, I tell them plenty because there's always something to do.

There is no shortage of great places to walk, run, hike, or bike in and around Grand Rapids. The same goes for great places to eat and the number of choices.

Sounds like Grand Rapids is just the right size.

I work right by Rosa Parks Circle ice rink and even though I have never skated there I enjoy watching others and always love how the downtown is decorated around the holidays.
