President Obama gave his farewell speech in Chicago last night and it got off to a bit of a rough start.  He stammered for a while, then made a joke.  Before that he got a long standing ovation.  The "lame duck" joke was about how he kept trying to get the crowd to stop applauding.

During his speech, Obama also gave advice on what to do if you don't like where America is headed.  He said that if you're tired of arguing with strangers online, you should try having a conversation with one in real life.  If you're not happy with the elected political officials, run for office and do something about it.
