Dashers Open Fire After Skipping Out on Bill
A group of people left a local restaurant without paying their bill, and instead of going to their car to get their wallet to pay, shots were fired at the establishment.
Dine and Dash
Most people have gone out late at night with friends and grabbed some food after being at a club or event. You sit around and talk while eating your meal. At the end of the meal, someone buys or everyone chips in, or they get separate checks. It's a pretty simple process, but the most important thing is that you went into the restaurant with enough money to pay the bill.
There is a term you have probably heard of called "Dine and Dash." For those unfamiliar with the term, it's the act of leaving a restaurant or bar after eating or drinking and not paying the bill. This is a form of stealing that has other names, such as "Chew and Screw" or "Dine and Ditch," but it is still wrong either way.
I have been out late at night at a few different restaurants and witnessed this happen a couple of times by strangers. I had never participated in a ‘Dine and Dash’ before, but someone with me did, and I was so embarrassed I went back in and paid for their meal.
