Pig Penis Or A Bowtie? One Michigan School Says Penis
One Michigan school teacher and the principal says a child's drawing of a pig was inappropriate.
Children's First Impressions of a Pig
The first time a young child see's a pig is usually when a family member or friend of the family gives the child its first piggy bank to begin learning the importance of saving money.
Unless a child is growing up on a farm that has its own pigs, the other first time a child sees a pig is usually on a school field trip to a farm, the zoo, or in a cartoon or movie. Peppa Pig is the cartoon that comes to mind and Charlott's Webb is the movie that comes to mind.

11-Year-Old Child Draws A Pig And A Michigan School Claims It To Be Inappropriate
In the picture above, it appears an 11-year-old student at Hanover Horton Schools in Horton, Michigan, doesn't know how to spell piggy, but the child's teacher and the school principal didn't pay any attention to that, they saw something else wrong.
According to WLNS, both the teacher and the principal deemed the western style bowtie that was drawn on the pig to be inappropriate. There is a similar bowtie in the picture above worn by legendary artist Johnny Cash and if you've ever gotten a bucket of KFC chicken, I'm sure you saw Colonel Sanders wearing a similar bowtie as well.
Sierra Carter is the mother of the child who drew the picture of the pig and all she wants is for this to be taken away from her school file and to receive an apology for an innocent drawing that has been blown way out of proportion.
The child was written up because the teacher and the principal thought the bowtie was a penis.
