The last time Papa Roach was in Grand Rapids was in 2019 when they came to town twice within two months. The first show was on August 20 at 20 Monroe Live with Asking Alexander and Bad Wolves. The other show was with Shinedown on October 1 at Van Andel Arena.

I was lucky enough to be at both shows and like always, Papa Roach brought their "A" game led by their charismatic frontman Jacoby Shaddix to both performances.

Papa Roach will be back at 20 Monroe under the club's new name, GLC Live at 20 Monroe Wednesday, March 16.

Papa Roach will be joined by Hollywood Undead and Bad Wolves. Tickets will go on sale for the "Kill The Noise" tour this Friday at 10 a.m.

Papa Roach has 14 songs for a brand new album that will be coming out in 2022. Papa Roach had previously dropped a single for the yet-to-be title new album called "Swerve" that featured Fever 333 and Sueco.

Papa Roach recently had a number with the new track "Kill The Noise" and will soon release another new track called "Dying To Believe."

Hollywood Undead will be direct support for Papa Roach on the "Kill The Noise" tour. Undead is currently working on a new album to be released in 2022. Below is their most recent single called "Runaway."

Bad Wolves will open the "Kill The Noise" tour, and a lot has changed since the last time they performed in Grand Rapids. Bad Wolves singer Tommy Vext left the band and a huge war between Vext, the band, and the band's label ensued during the shutdown from the pandemic. All parties have reached an agreement but it was a tough road getting to the finish line for that battle.

While there was a war with lawyers going on for Bad Wolves and their former singer, the band took the downtime to audition for a replacement singer.

Bad Wolves hired Daniel "DL" Laskiewicz and recorded the brand new album "Dear Monsters." The first single is "Life Line" which has been the number one rock song in American for the past couple of weeks.

The "Kill The Noise" tour featuring Papa Roach, Hollywood Undead, and Bad Wolves should be a fantastic night of rock at the GLC Live at 20 Monroe, March 16. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 17, at 10 a.m.
