You've got to know when to hold them, know when to fold them, and know when to have a gambling license.

According to WOOD TV, a Muskegon business owner is in big doo doo for running illegal gambling in an internet cafe, and his next run may be to prison.

49-year-old James Scott Postema had is day in court last week but it wasn't a good day. The Ingham County jury found Postema guilty of running an illegal gambling operation at the Triple Cherries Internet Cafe. Just like the big casinos, the little guy needs to have a license to run any type of gambling in the state of Michigan.

Postema's home and business were raided back in August of 2016. The Michigan Gaming Control Board had authorities seize band and credit union account information, computer equipment, money orders and all cash.

Postema's gamble may cost him 10 to 20 years of his life behind bars since he is convicted of a felony from using computers to commit a crime. He is also barred for every obtaining a gaming license when he gets released.

And for the bonus round Postema may get a fine for $100,000 when he see's the judge in November.
