In June of 2024, the restaurant was put up for sale.

According to What Now Detroit, the restaurant was purchased by husband and wife team Raphael and Jessica Jones in mid-November. The new restaurant they are planning to open up is a New Orleans-inspired, Cajun and Creole concept called Garden District.

Raphael Jones told What Now Detroit,

This will be our first restaurant, but both of us had years of experience in operations. Grand Rapids is fast growing, but there is a hole in the scene when it comes to Cajun and Creole food and we want to change that.

Crains Grand Rapids reports that the name of the new eatery is in reference to the historic Garden District neighborhood in New Orleans. Many of the country's top chefs, like Emeril Lagasse and Jamie Shannon, call it home.
