Starting in the far northwestern corner of the Upper Peninsula, and working its way south, Michigan's autumn display of color is second to none.

While we are a couple of weeks away from peak color here in West Michigan, up north the fiery show has begun.

From Ironwood to the Porcupine Mountains, and on through the northern lower peninsula, the color change has begun.

While I've heard tales of the brilliant colors of the New England states, I'm hard pressed to think they would top our annual explosion of color.

Here's what some Michiganders have been posting on Instagram since the change has begun.
