Michigan Intruder to Victim: ‘You are Going to Smoke Weed with Me Right Now’

A Cadillac man has been arrested after allegedly breaking into an apartment and telling the resident, "You are going to smoke some weed with me right now," Fox 17 reports.

The strange incident happened early Wednesday morning.

Cadillac police say the victim was sleeping on the couch when the intruder, 36-year-old Seth Lewis, broke in, wielding a knife, insisting on smoking marijuana.

The victim was able to distract Lewis get a hold of the knife, and run to a neighbor's place.

Police found the Lewis near the residence where he had fallen down a hill. He resisted arrest, but eventually was taken into custody.

Lewis is expected to be charged with with Home Invasion, Resisting and Obstructing Police, and for a Probation Violation.
