Coyotes are not just in the woods or up north. Coyotes are found all over Michigan, unlike wolves and bears, primarily in the Upper Peninsula. Coyotes are in all of Michigan's major cities, like Grand Rapids, Flint, Lansing, Saginaw, and Detroit.

A poster on the Grand Rapids Reddit page had a coyote sneak into their chicken coop and eat one of their chickens in broad daylight. The coyote not only ate the chicken, but came back in broad daylight to drop a deuce right in the homeowner's backyard. The Reddit poster even noticed a smirk on the coyote's face. If you look at the picture closely enough, you can see the smirk, too. Below are what others on Reddit had to say about the coyote rub it in.

Looks like the Reddit poster who made the original thread will use traps to deal with the bold coyote.
