What is The Mile High Club?

For those who are unfamiliar with the "Mile High Club," it is an unofficial group, composed of those who have had sex in an airplane while it's in the air.

Under the present rules of the Mile High Club, a couple has to do the deed at an altitude of one statute mile (5,280 feet) above ground level, regardless of the degree of difficulty or the level of expertise demanded, the couple will earn their membership into the Mile High Club. This does come with extreme risks.

There are no club meetings or annual fees but to be a member a person and their significant other have to do the deed in their seat or bathroom. The problem with this is highly illegal and you could be charged with indecent exposure, jail time, and felony charges.

Michigan Man Who Wanted To Join The Mile High Club Facing Federal Charges

A man from Michigan who wasn't flying out of or to the Mitten state is facing federal charges for his attempt at joining the Mile High Club.

Most people who attempt to join the Mile High Club have another person with them but the Michigan man tried to convince flight attendants to join him and is now in deep doo-doo.

According to WOOD, a Michigan man by the name of James Finnister from Detroit was flying from Kentucky to Florida. During the flight, Finnister approached a flight attendant and asked if she wanted to join the Mile High Club and was turned down. That is when he got physical and allegedly grabbed a second female flight attendant and pulled her into his seat where he sexually harassed her.

After some investigating it turns out that Finnister had a few too many shots before getting on the plane to calm his nerves but if convicted those shots may earn him 20 years in prison.
