Penelope "Penny" Wise, a 17-year-old from Cedar Springs, Michigan, has been missing for nearly two weeks, prompting Silent Observer to offer a $1,000 reward for information leading to her whereabouts.
What Does She Look Like?
Police say she's about 5 feet tall and weighs around 120 pounds with blonde hair and braces, Wise was last seen on May 31st around 6 p.m. walking away from her home in Cedar Springs.
Nearby Surveillance footage captured her five miles away on Rockford Park Drive near Northland Drive.
Initial reports said that she was wearing a flannel shirt and jeans or shorts, but a recent video shows her in a pink tank top and shorts.

The Kent County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) has been actively searching for Wise since her disappearance. They urge anyone with information to contact them at 616-632-6125 before 5 p.m. or 616-632-6100 after hours.
Silent Observer, a non-profit organization that assists law enforcement agencies in solving crimes, has stepped in to offer a $1,000 reward for information that could help locate the missing teen.
