What Are the Sale Details for Divani in Downtown Grand Rapids?

Not just anyone can purchase the business, though. (And it's important to point out that it is the business that is for sale - not the building.) Molli stated on Facebook that she is looking for just the right person to buy Divani.

Molli would like to see the business (and liquor license) go to someone "with the same experience, passion, & energy I had 10 years ago." That's why the price is so low, and she said she doesn't want money to be a hindrance for the right person.
