Hastings Police Officer Suing Fellow Officers – FBHW Segment 16

Today on Segment 16, the guys check out a story from WOOD-TV about a Hastings police officer who's suing his fellow officers for making racial jokes, and insensitivity.

Sgt. Cleon Brown recently found out from an ancestry website that he's 18% black, and is super excited about this news. His coworkers, however, seemed to find a bit more humor in the news than Cleon does.

Off-color comments from his superior and fellow officers have pushed Cleon to file a lawsuit against the department, and he's looking for more than half a million dollars!

One slight, according to the news story, was a Christmas ornament. It was a black Santa Claus, and on the beard was written "18 Percent".
