Sick Puppies delivered one hell of a show at The Intersection Saturday night (October 19). Despite the band coming and leaving, their presence is still felt in Grand Rapids as their single "Gunfight" is looking for its sixth consecutive Rocktagon victory. Tonight they take on metalcore/pop-punk experts A Day To Remember and their latest single, "Right Back At It Again."

Sick Puppies played an hour plus set during their performance at The Intersection. Frontman Shim Moore definitely knows how to keep the crowd pumped with his charisma. It was also nice to hear bassist Emma Enzai get in a few words and sing as well. Sick Puppies fourth studio album, Connect, is available now.

A Day To Remember have been in a legal dispute with their record label Victory Records since 2011. The band claimed Victory owed them $75,000 while the label countered by stating ADTR refused to fulfill their five-album contract, despite releasing three studio records and two live albums under the imprint.

We talked to frontman Jeremy McKinnon back in March and he wasn't sure if Victory Records would release their new album, Common Courtesy. A Day To Remember celebrated a partial, pardon the pun, victory over Victory when a judge ruled that the Florida rockers could self-release Common Courtesy earlier this month. However, the two parties will proceed to meet in court over the band's contractual obligations.
