Grand Rapids Traffic Lights Can Be The Worst – FBHW Segment 16

Today on Segment 16, the guys are really upset about the lack of well-controlled traffic lights. So many intersections around town have you waiting at a red light, when there's absolutely NO traffic coming the other directions. Why can't this be fixed?

Every morning, there are traffic lights that make you sit and wait, while there's no traffic coming from the cross street. Or you'll be on the main thoroughfare, and one car comes from a side street, and you get the red.

And how long does the red light have to last?

Another thing...how come the red light changeover has gotten longer? There are some intersections where the lights will be red all the way around for 10-15 seconds before someone gets a green light! WTF Grand Rapids?

Are we all getting Artprize stupid?
